RFSoC SDR Platform

The LogicRF™ H407 is a high-performance Software-Defined Radio Platform based on the AMD Zynq® RFSoC Gen3 XCZU47DR.

H407 RFSoC Gen3 14-bit 8 channels, maximum 5.0 GSPS sampling rate RF ADC. 14-bit 4 channels, maximum 9.85 GSPS sampling rate RF DAC.

The LogicRF H407 RFSoC Gen3 software-defined radio platform features a configurable QSFP28 interface, capable of achieving 40Gbps/100Gbps Ethernet or Aurora transmission protocols, thereby facilitating real-time acquisition and continuous streaming storage of ultra-wideband signals.

The PCB size of the LogicRF H407 RFSoC Gen3 software-defined radio platform is 100 x 160 mm, with overall dimensions of 108.5 mm x 168 mm x 32 mm.
